Two products, one subscription
Data Catalog answers where does this table come from, and what depends on it? It shows which notebook, pipeline, dataflow or eventstream writes each lakehouse and warehouse table, the lineage from your source systems to semantic models and reports, the code itself, and who can read each table.
Report Audience answers who can see this report, and does anyone open it? It resolves every way into each Power BI report — workspace roles, direct shares, organisation-wide links, publish to web, Entra groups opened to their people — and sets that against the audit log and your Pro and Premium Per User seats.
One connection and one workspace selection serve both. Plans are priced by the number of workspaces scanned, and every plan includes both products.
How it works
- You connect your tenant with one service principal: an app registration your admins create and control. Connecting your tenant
- Fabriscope scans the workspaces you choose, on demand or up to eight times a day. Every call it makes is a read.
- Everything is stored in Fabriscope, so every page opens instantly and works offline from Microsoft. Later scans re-read only what changed.
It never reads the rows in your tables or the data in your reports, and never changes anything in your tenant. Security & permissions
