Members and roles

Invitations are single-use links, valid for 7 days. An e-mail address belongs to one organisation.
Scans and schedule
Rescan runs both products now. Settings → Scan schedule runs them at up to eight times a day (two during the trial), in your time zone; one scheduled scan a week is a full refresh. The same page lists recent scans with their steps and timings.

Prices exclude VAT. Every plan includes both products, unlimited users and up to eight scheduled scans a day. Choose or change a plan under Settings → Plan; we invoice monthly, quarterly or yearly in advance, payable by bank transfer within 14 days.
Your data
- Trial ends without a plan: the tenant connection, its secret and everything collected are deleted. Your account stays.
- A paid plan lapses: scans stop and the app locks to the overview pages and Settings; nothing is deleted.
- Disconnect (Settings → Connection) deletes the stored secret and everything collected for the tenant, at once.
- Deselecting a workspace removes its Data Catalog data at once; Report Audience narrows at its next scan.
